I want my dog licensed as a therapy dog, so I am able to take her with me when I go out. I am on disability and she makes it easier for me to go out. Who do I go to in order to certify or license her as a therapy dog so I can take her out with me?

I believe you are talking about a Service Dog and not a therapy dog… if so: The ADA does not require either you or the dog be certified. It does require, however, that the dog be TRAINED to perform tasks that assist you with your diagnosed disability.
Feel free to email me for more info.
Edit: A therapy dog is NOT allowed to “go out” with you. Therapy dogs are commonly seen in nursing homes, hospitals etc visiting and cheering up residents.
