In the movie Eight Below, there is a scene where a sea creature bites one of the dogs in the hind leg, then for the rest of the movie that dog is limping VERY realisticly. How did they get that dog to do that? Were they using a real injured dog, or was that just a very well trained dog ‘doing a trick’?

They make have stuck something to his foot or something. I know that when my dog gets a piece of tape or something stuck to the bottom of his paw, he’ll limp.
